Unibet Open in Budapest 2010: Raul Mestre, a leader of the tournament
Not all the action is in Berlin. As I commented a few days ago, Unibet Team made a date to play the Unibet Open in Budapest . In total, the Spanish players were ten that were submitted to contest the event day 1A and, after a day with high and low, are three who managed to advance to Day 2 . The good news is, Raul ‘Sir Donald’ Mestre is one of the tournament leader .

This is the chip counts:
- Raul Mestre – 97,600
- Alex ‘alex4ever’ Sanchez (Professor of EducaPoker) -70,000
- Paul ‘Pauger’ Garcia – 45,300
Raul had moved a great day at the tables. Gotta win flips but also took a hand with only a high king . In the Community A Q 3 9 3 and after doing phone to all bets of his rival, he showed a J , enough to beat the K-8 Mestre.
On the other hand, Alex Sanchez was the last televised levels in the table and should have been a spectacle, as it increased its chips from 25,000 to 70,000 without reaching a .
showdown
Of the 230 players who started yesterday only 51 got his move to day 2. The limit of participants is 460 and it appears that there is no vacant seat at the poker room of the Casino. If so, the prize for first place in the tournament would be around 200,000 euros .
