UU. who has worked with Full Tilt since the hall began to offer online gaming services, eGaming Review contacted and showed certain emails sent from the courtroom on June 3, in which he indicated that he had been approved and payments made funds generated during the month of April for players affiliates.

On 30 May, Full Tilt issued an official statement indicating his players had not yet scheduled for the beginning of the return of funds. As reported in Poker10, this news upset the hitherto Full Tilt pro Phil Ivey, who filed a legal complaint against the room. Full Tilt Ivey responded by accusing hypocritically seeking their own advantage at the expense of others.
